Marc is also a worship leader and guitarist. He served as National Worship Director for Promise Keepers Canada for 11 years (1997-2008), where he led worship, emceed events and directed various worship bands across Canada. He has led worship and spoken at various events and conferences.
He is energized by seeing people experience God in a genuine way. His motivation is to see people live non-religious, authentic lives as they follow Jesus and to use their God-given gifts and talents to make a difference in the world.
Marc is also very involved in the city church of Welland. He has a heart to see the Church of Jesus rise to its intended place of influence on the society. The goal is to see Welland become a “well land,” where there is hope, joy, peace, and prosperity in the city at large.
Marc Brulé is a national director of the Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers, a ministry organization dedicated to healthy ministry relationships and seeing Canada filled with the good news about Jesus Christ. He also sits as a director on the board of Promise Keepers Canada.
Marc and his wife, Wendy, have been married since 1985 and have three children: Amy, Jonathan, and Adam.

Andrew Thompson is the Assistant Pastor at WellSpring. Andrew came on staff part-time in May 2000 as Worship Pastor and Director of Outreach and was promoted to full-time Assistant Pastor in January 2006.
Andrew has been on a few missions trips and has traveled with Youth With a Mission in Mexico.
He has a passion for God and loves to worship Him with all his heart. His strong vocal ability is a gift from God that enables him to lead worship effectively. Andrew is also training several other worship leaders in the church.
Both Andrew and Marc work together in providing worship seminars for churches and worship teams.
For a number of years, Andrew has been serving Promise Keepers Canada as a Regional Worship Leader, and in the fall of 2010 Andrew began serving as the National Worship Leader, leading worship across Canada.
He, and his wife, Anita, live in Welland and have three children: Noah, Hannah, and Ella.
Betty Kruitbosch is the Children’s Pastor at WellSpring Community Church and has been working with children for over 31 years. Betty came on staff in 2002 as part time Pastoral staff.
Betty has a strong desire for children to grow in the Lord and be used of Him right now, not just when they grow up! Her enthusiasm for children is contagious.
She plans to continue going where God leads. Her hope one day is to take the kids on various mission trips. Eventually she sees herself having more grandchildren to spoil (and having to dye her hair more often!).
Betty is married to “the most wonderful man in the world,” Richard. He and Betty live in Fonthill and have four children: Holly, Rachel, Katie, and Tim. She also has two granddaughters, Kylie and Sidney.
