Harp & Bowl is our worship and prayer service. It comes from the imagery used in the Bible of a harp representing worship and the bowls containing incense representing the prayers of God’s people. Prayer is the essential tool God has given us to see His will done around us.
Prayer can often be seen as tedious and sometimes even boring. By mingling music and worship with prayer, people can be more engaged and effective. It is also helpful for those who are still young or intimidated by prayer. The environment allows you to learn and grow without feeling out of place. It also strengthens one’s own relationship with God.
Come check it out. You might just get fired up about praying. Harp & Bowl is on Saturdays from 7:00-8:30 pm September-May, and moves to Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30 pm for June, July and August.
